Bon Anniversaire

To celebrate Paris Vogue’s 90th year in print, 80 large-scale displays of vintage covers have been exhibited along the Champs-Elysees. Since the exhibit will be coming down on November 1st (and most of us probably can’t hop on over to Paris in the next few days), there is also a book featuring 112 of the best covers from 1920-2006. Even just this small sampling of stunning work reminds us what magazines have the potential to be. Let’s hope that magazines take a page out of designers’ books and start looking to the past for inspiration soon.

    That would be phenomenal to go walk along. I can just see myself striking a pose in front of them. lol
